I cannot say enough good things about Pat’s Broadway Service. My regular mechanic quoted me well over $700 to replace the entire midpipe and muffler assembly on my Subaru because of a rotted flange. Instead of trying to upsell me on expensive new parts I didn’t need, they evaluated the exhaust, knew immediately how to handle it, and expertly welded a clean repair that preserved the existing pipes. The final bill was literally a fraction—about one-seventh—of what I was facing elsewhere. Beyond their honesty and expertise, the customer service was outstanding. Even with a packed schedule, they managed to squeeze me in, complete the custom weld, inspect everything, and have me quietly back on the road in under an hour. It is rare to find a specialty shop with this level of integrity, speed, and skill. If you need exhaust work, do yourself a huge favor, save hundreds of dollars, and bring your car straight to these guys.

Took my 2009 Nissan Rogue with 212k miles on it here, under advice from my Mechanic. Didn't want new car payments nor huge repair bill, so very happy I did!!! Car has 2 Catalytic Converters. One easy; the other inside the engine. Of course mine needed harder one welded or replaced! Was told by Owner up front, this is a ONE MAN SHOP. Might take few days to get appt and depending on repair, might be a few days more to get it back. His work, professionalism and care about the car owner made any time taken totally worthwhile! He told me converter really needed replacement, but if I could give him a few days, he would see if he could weld/repair it. I did ... he did ... and besides not sounding like a tank any more, he saved me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS either in Repairs Somewhere Else or New Car Payments for Years. He is a Genius at his Craft! I'm very greatful for the Professionalism, Honesty and Care shown to my car and myself and will definitely return and recommend Mr. Heigl to anyone who needs his Expertise. My daughter takes her car here and they treat her with the utmost respect and very courteous. She had the baby with her, and luggage. Pat helped her carry her things and didn’t even think twice about it. Aside from being the most polite folks I’ve ever encountered at a car repair shop, they are knowledgeable, honest, reliable, and quality of work is unmatched. I trust them with anything I need and can count on Pat to be honest and fair. We love it here ! I don’t trust anyone else with my car anymore ! Since 2017 I’ve been coming here. My daughter’s Honda is there now from Thursday with a lot of issues. We have full confidence in them to fix it and be honest! You will NOT be disappointed at all. The negative reviews SHOCK me ! I’m truly not understanding how a bad review is possible with these guys. Nothing true to them. Don’t let the negative reviews sway you from coming here. You will be happy you decided to come in.

I give them a 10! True diagnosis, and quality at a rate well below other estimates! Top notch Mr. Heigel! The ratings here are spot on, with exception to the arrogant whiners, who were placed on the back burner for $50 jobs who felt entitled to 1st class service.

I truly love this place. Such good people. Honest, fair and reasonable ! He squeezed me in last minute and got the exhaust fixed AND inspected my car. Less than half the price of Monro. Monro tired to sell my stuff I didn’t need and lied about my car going to fail the inspection. I went here years ago for a muffler repair and I will continue to come here for everything I need for my car ! They are great. Highly highly recommend!
